You don't weigh 250-300lbs and move quickly. You could probably move quickly FOR YOUR SIZE but compared to an average sized person, no way. Show me any evidence of a big guy being fasater than a normal sized guy, and i'll happily link you a vid of 2 trained fighters, one huge and one normal sized so you can see an example of the difference in speed.

You are making a comparison with MARTIAL ARTS MASTERS & i´m not saying that massive people cannot be beaten, all i'm saying is that they're fast and strong... obviously vey strong but muscular power gives you faster moves, it's the same as a car hp, more hp gives you more speed obviously you have to consider car weight

Look at bob sapp for example, he fights in k1 or whatever and is massive but gets his ass kicked by smaller guys because all his muscle makes him slow and being big sure as sugar does not make you immune to knockouts.
