Check out the Beatles performing a Shakespearean skit on a 1964 British television program. The audience seemed to be having as much fun as the Fab Four were! Where else can you see John dressed up as a woman, playing Paul's love interest? Hilarious! Don't miss it!

    January 6th, 2009 at 06:43:12 Google "A Midsummer Night's Dream Act 5, Scene 1," so you can read the lines. This is a shortened version and the guys ad lib some stuff here, but you should be able to follow along from the Midsummer Night's Dream script.

I read that comedy myself, it's rather light-hearted, but great. In this video, Paul played Nick Bottom-Pyramus, John played Flute-Thisbe, George play Starveling-The Man on the Moon and Ringo played Snug-Lion. What a pity, I know not the name of the two guys playing Quincey-Prolog and Snout-Wall? There's any one knowing their name
